I noticed the leaves have begun to turn on the trees in my yard. While fall colors are absolutely beautiful it's disheartening to see as it means summer is slowly coming to an end. How does it make you feel to see that?

The leaves starting to turn fall colors doesn't bother me at all because I truly love the fall of the year. We have many more nice days yet before it gets cold. This summer has been so hot where I live that I welcome cooler weather.

I love fall, so it makes me happy. I think fall is the most beautiful, promising time of the year for me. I just hope it doesn't rain as much as it did over the summer, or it's going to be kind of depressing.

I love the fall!!! I love Halloween and thanksgiving! I was born in October so I guess thats why..It reminds me of being a child and going back to school and wearing the cute new back to school clothes my mom would buy me. Awwww, I wish I can be a child again. But yes, I love the fall and the turning colors of autumn. Makes me feel butterflies in my belly.

I was just thinking about it this morning. It wasn't HOT out on my way to work, and then I remembered it's already the end of August. It makes me feel like I just got my boat, and I want the summer back!!! No offense to the fall, I'm just such an aquatic person and I miss my summer adventures. Also, listening to the Kid Rock "All Summer Long" song will just be weird.

Fall is my favorite time of year. It's so humid where I live in the summertime. I love the cool air in the fall and all the leaves and pumpkin spice candles burning in my house. It reminds me of when I was a kid. I love the Holidays as well. I'd skip summer anytime to get to fall!

I love the fall. It's my favorite season, so I enjoy the beauty without sadness. It's all a part of nature's cycle after all. Soon, I'll take my yearly pilgrimage to Skyline Drive to see some of the most beautiful foliage on the eastern seaboard.

I love the fall colors also and the tang of Fall in the air. But we are still totally green in Nebraska. Where do you live? Alaska?? I usually like August come to an end because that's usually our hottest month. I wish the weather would stay October all year or May all year. But, we know winter is coming and we gear up for it and sharpen the snow shovel and gas up the snow blower. Also, I make sure my tire chains are still usable. I don't use them very often, twice in 20 years, but they are handy on occasion. When I lived in ND I used them several times each winter.
