that 126 lbs? i think its 14lbs= 1 stone? thats not fat at all, plus depending on your body type and composition you could be considered underweight. Im 6'7 235lbs and it says "the standard" for that height is like 220-210 or so. But ive got a lot of muscle mass and maybe like 5 lbs of fat on me... Your not fat, but if you ever feel out of shape or anything just make sure your eating right and exercising atleast 30 mins a day :P

The average weight for 14 is around 50-60. If you are higher than this i would do a bit more exercise

See this: http://www.weightlossresources.co.uk/body_weight/healthy_weight/chart.htm Its anything between 8 and 10 stone for a full grown adult who has settled at 5' 3". However because you are still growing, your weight will fluctuate and you may find you put on some padding as your body gets ready to shoot up another couple of inches. Relax, you are slap bang right for your height - right in the middle but if you feel a bit chubby 'for you' at the moment then you are probably about to grow. You also have to realise there is a lot of worry about the British population becoming increasingly obese, so your 'ideal weight' (which is what you are at) is probably loads less than the current 'average'. Don't let the Anas and the plastics get you down, poor girls are so insecure, and heading for health problems further down the line.
