they're about money, like every other gigantic corporation. The staff is dispensible. Any highschool kid could work there. You should probably not work there and get an education. English grammar would be a good place to start.

Every company has to have profit as their priority or there would be no company to employ anyone. However, most companies used to profess that employees were their most important asset. Haven't heard that priority lately.

Almost every company is ultimately about money. However, some companies realise that the best way to increase the bottom line is to make their employees happy, as happy employees result in happy customers, and happy customers result in better profits.
