I got my tongue peirced about 5 days ago and i noticed that i have little red dots all over my tongue i was wondering is this normal or something i should get looked at

sounds like taste buds to me, they can rupture, but the best thing for you to do is to call the one who gave you the ring and ask

When in doubt the best thing you can do is just go to either the place you had it done or a similar place and just ask. It can't hurt.
