Why is absolute zero the coldest temperature that you can get?

The molecules no longer move. Heat is molecules moving. The faster they move the hotter. The slower they move the colder. When they stop there is no more energy being released.

It is the points were molecules stop completely moving.. PS. Absolute zero has never been achieved by scientists.
