I have a Nextel Motorola i60c. Can I use its SIM card in any other Nextel Motorola phone? Is the size (32 versus 64) an issue?

You know what? I wouldn't. We tended to see errors for several reasons, -phonebook write errors, voltage errors, and "insert sim card" errors. It's easy enough to pick up the correct card, say on EBAY, and you'll want to use your contacts list. We'd set that up for people in emergencies, ie a replacement phone for first responders, etc, but the "off the record" stuff for valued companies was ALWAYS get the right card. Motorola's web site does a good job listing the tech errors associated with improper sim cards (www.mot.com/iden)
