Toilets are a Roman/Western invention. I think God has more alternatives than that. First, as Spirit, there'd be no need. Second, 1st Century Palestinians didn't have them. There's been no need to date.

I'm not sure what plumbing is like in Heaven, so I don't know. However, if He created man in his image, then I think that means he has the same bodily functions. (So I'm sure he "goes" somewhere!)
