There are organizations in New Zealand that support freedom for Tibet: Students for a Free Tibet New Zealand http://www.tibet.org/Resources/TSG/Groups/sft-newzealand.html Friends of Tibet (NZ) http://www.friends-of-tibet.org.nz/ Maybe you can find out if China has asked the government of New Zealand to monitor the activities of these groups. Or, you can find out if these groups are urging the NZ government to declare support for the independence of Tibet.
