Moderate. I use Crystal's hot sauce mixed with melted butter. I deep fry the wings, drain them, and coat them in a mixing bowl, just enough kick! Do you have the blue cheese and celery sticks?

I make them to fit the crowd. Some people are just chicken and they are spicy mild. Some people want to blow off their socks and I oblige:-)
