There is the possibility of impotence. That would scare me duly.
-
Part of me looks forward to it. Part of me is scared of losing my ability to look after myself. As long as I stay fairly fit and healthy and mentally alert I think I'll be OK. The thought of things like dementia I find quite scary.
-
No, I am not afraid to become old... with age comes grace, maturity, composure... and experience.... I am growing gracefully!
-
I'm not afraid of growing old. I am afraid of being alone in old age.
-
Yes... So this past Sunday was my last birthday... at least until I get a magazine cover. 28 is a good age for me to stick to.
-
No. My Uncle Joe told me once jokingly "the older you get the more horney the women are... thank heaven for Viagra."
-
YES!! I am 40 tomorrow and cant help thinking of the things I havent done yet that I should have, just now I thought OMG! I,m halfway to 80! They say life begins at this age-well I truly hope so!!
-
If you think you are growing too old, just start counting back... my grandmother does it: her real age is 87, but she still swims and runs every day.
-
Im afraid of becoming old because old people always seem to stink of piss
-
What a dichotomy! I want to live for a long time, but I am anxious about the effect that time will have on me - body and mind. I'm not afraid of growing older - there seems to be a shift in health so that older people are staying much healthier for longer. I can cope with that. What I can't cope with will be when I start to deteriorate to the point where I can't walk to the end of my street or remember the names of my (great) grandchildren. I want to live for a long time, yes, but with everything working as it should, thanks.
-
im worried about if i get severe authrightis and have to stay in a wheel chair, how will i cope, how will i go 4 a walk, go shopping, or even to the toilet ! !
-
I'm afraid I'll grow old without having all the experiences everyone else has, thus stunting my growth and learning. The more you hesitate, the more chances of learning you waste.
-
I'm afraid that when i get old i won't have enough good memories to see me through, lately i haven't been making enough. there is a funny advert about a entertainment venue which suggests you go to have fun.....elswhere a man is ski-ing and he falls down a cravass (and waits to die) the punch line says make some good memories...some day you might need them!
-
Yes. I,m 40 now and hating every second of it, knowing its all downhill from here.
-
Not yet, I am only 24. But I know as I move along in life, I will dread each and every birthday, just like my mother.
-
95% of AB would consider me O.L.D! By the time you reach my age you've already been through all those hurdles of fear and acceptance. Trust me, it's really quite freeing on the other side of all that, and on many differing levels.
-
I am 14 and I always want to be like this
-
Nope, just as long as I get enough done in my lifetime and I can look back and say I had a great life, I will be good.
-
Nope. It beats the heck out of the alternative...:-D.... . . .
-
Afraid? No. Saddened a bit? Yeah. I still feel young, but my body occasionally reminds me otherwise...more sport related injuries, slower metabolism, etc.
-
NO as long as i have a wife and kids i will be happy.
-
No, I grow older every second of every day, and I'm taking it pretty well so far.
-
Nope, every year I get sexier. So hopefully by 80 I will be too sexy for my shirt, so sexy it hurts.
-
No, not afraid it just sucks! I would like it better if your body & mind could stay young!
-
no, it's 100% natural! (i'm afraid of dying)
-
Different ages bring different stages. You keep getting better at being you. The real fun starts after 40 and if you take care of yourself and your health 50 is difenently worth doing more than once, If you can pull it off. It's so so much better than 16 and the sex is better than great. I would repeat 40 or 50 but I would never want to be younger than 28 again. Enjoy life enough to keep you smiling until you go into your next life.
-
No, probably because I'm so young. I know, be jealous.
-
YES, i dont wanna lose my body slowly to time, i wanna stay young! YOUNGGGG!
-
Nope, I am already there with all my aches and pains.
-
No I'm not afraid of getting old but I am not looking forward to poor health.
-
very afraid. death is the final chapter and as you aged, you realise very soon you'll be on your way.
-
heck yea! I am not afraid of it, I just totally dread it! because after your old, then you die, then it will be boring.
-
Sometimes I am. It depends on my moods.
