I would not advise this, unless they're synthetic suede. Real suede will need to be cleaned professionally and I'll warn you - it's expensive. You can buy specialised suede cleaner which you could try, but do a sample square first on the underneath where you can't see it.

Washing with water will make the suede stiffer and possibly darker in color.
