I'm guessing that by download you mean install? You can download the EULA from here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=7467D5C4-FA3A-4F9F-82B6-CBCD6108A980&displaylang=en This tells you how you can use the licence you have purchased.
