I want to move from Las Vegas. I lived here 35 years. Now raising grandchildren. I want a neat town where there is 4 seasons but not tons of snow. Where there is work and good schools. Im a Gm for a restaurant. Near lakes or ocean. Please be serious.

Near Seattle Washington, such as Redmond or Kirkland. We get 4 seasons and some snow, but not that much at all. Lets just say the kids would like more. The work situation up here is quite nice and it's not too hard to get a job. The schools are highly rated, especially in Kirkland. Kirkland's "Lake Washington High School" is the number 1 feeder of students to the University of Washington. Kirkland sits right on the beautiful Lake Washington and it's only a couple hour drive to the ocean. It really is a lovely place to live.
