The movie this clip is from is called Adhsaya Piravi / Adhisaya Piravi / Athisaya Piravi which ever way you want to spell it. Movie was from 1990. He is an adult according to some blogs, although his torso is exceptionally boyish. The idea that they would permit a kid to smoke a cigarette is questionable. In a subtitled version of the clip you just saw, he says. "Let me smoke, I'm older than you are. You will give me that cigarette with much respect!" Yo. Check it. http://smallsuperstar.blogspot.com/
