Go to the CIC's website at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/index.asp and take a look at the assessment and see what your chances may be. You need to apply via the embassy. It's too difficult to assess your possibilities without knowing so many more factors like your health, wealth and education. Remember that there are a number of factors that help you and a few that will prevent you from immigrating. For example, university education, field of work and languages can help. You need to be healthy and you need to be able to sustain yourself financially to be considered.
