How do you define "official Answerbagger"? I use AB for serious questions as well as some fun. I don't have a certificate or card stating that I am officially an ABer. But if you define it as someone that sits on the toilet making stinky while AB'ing on a laptop, than I am guilty (or am I?).

well, i spend a lot of time on here (a total of 80 hours a week), so yes, i am an official aber.

Nobody ever told me that I am an official Answerbagger. I'm 17th on the all time list and the staff never asked me to be a community leader.

Well, I went in and had the interview, took the oath to answer at least five questions a day, and agreed to wear the answer bag over my head for a week. I am now on probation, but expect to be official any time now.

I think the moment someone begins to contribute to the site, whether it be by questions, answers, or both, they are an official Answerbagger.

Just about as official as you can get, I suppose. I received my "official" confirmation to participate in this site well over a year and 1/2 ago, but nothing since then.

Got the tattoo to prove it! Okay, no I don't but I've been here awhile and i think that when you start to contribute here, you become official, at least after that email confirmation. And I'm a CL so I guess that's another sign of being official:-)
