I suppose they would begin to eat each other, or maybe animals. Maybe they will become more social. :)

Resident Evil suggests that they start feasting on each other. I could suggest animals, but for the most part, a zombie probably can't capture most animals. (And is known to thrive only on human flesh, and nothing else.) And many animals would destroy THEM. I wonder if THOSE animals would become zombies if there were bitten... Maybe cattle, small rodents...but either way, when there's no more food for them, they shuffle around as they always had, desperately looking for food, and getting incredibly aggressive as starvation extends. But, they rot in the process, as well. It could take years, but eventually they would become dust. Unless...maybe if a zombie is bitten by another zombie it reverts back to human form...then the zombie can feast. That would buggered up.
