Help answer this question below.

I bought a mobile home from a women who did not actually own the mobile home. Her ex-husband's name is on the title. She is now not returning my phone calls. We cannot sell or move from this home without the title. What is our best cause

    I would be talking to the police as well. That is fraud. I'm sure they'd be interested in fraud.

    I don't think a real estate lawyer would be the best choice. I think someone who knows motor vehicle and mobile home law would be more suitable.

    In any event, you need or should have some kind of paperwork and receipts.

    I don't know where you live, but I KNOW the first call in the morning would be to an attorney of some kind.

    sounds like you need a real estate lawyer. I believe you're going to have to sue.

    You may end up losing the trailer and your money... be careful.

    If you have a mortgage the bank may be willing to help. (I bet you don't - a bank would have caught this)
