I don't think a real estate lawyer would be the best choice. I think someone who knows motor vehicle and mobile home law would be more suitable. In any event, you need or should have some kind of paperwork and receipts. I don't know where you live, but I KNOW the first call in the morning would be to an attorney of some kind.
