Is natural birth the best option for an incomplicated birth?

    I feel it is so in most cases but you do have to know yourself, your body and what you are doing. You also need a tremendous support system

    I think it is a combination of factors of which you have to be happy with. Your state of mind needs to be relaxed and if you are having a normal pregancy then a natural birth or a home birth is one of the best things you can do.
