Have you talked to anyone about IUI (intrauterine insemination)? It’s a lot simpler (and less expensive) than IVF (in vitro fertilization). On the other hand, you could always get the cysts removed. That won’t cure the PCOS, but it may make you more fertile, at least temporarily. Having dealt with both primary and secondary infertility, I know how much it hurts. My wife and I waited almost eight years for our daughter (who came to us through adoption) and over nine for our son (who was, quite literally, a miracle pregnancy). We’re now trying to save up to adopt #3, but it’s really hard, given my current work situation. Believe me, we can empathize. {{{hugs}}}
