You're reading Ok my b/f has to go to court on the 19th he has 3 felony's 2 felony 2's and one felony 5 this is his first time getting into trouble with the law what will most likely happen to him the charges are from burglary and theft he went into a house and got food

well this happened in cleveland ohio and he has not be convisted yet but i thought since it was his first time into trouble then he can have a second chance also he put himself in rehab and he now has a job and saving up for restition do you really think they will send him to prison

He is charged with three felonies. Are you suggesting he should get a second, third, and fourth chance? Again, felonies are the most severe category of crime. If convicted, it is highly unlikely he would see no jail time.
