I think that the more education they have, the better the chance the baby will have at a good life. I think the U.S. should start having a restriction (like China) to the amount of children a family should have, ESPECIALLY those who are on welfare, and basically getting rewarded for having children by sponging off our hard earned tax dollars. I don't believe in abortion, but I do believe they should limit the number of children they "reward" a family for having should be limited to two.

Yes! My god YES! There really should be a way, as horrible as this sounds, to prevent the stupid from procreating and passing that down to their children. Especially since they always seem to have the most child. You need to write tests and be licensed to drive a car, hunt, fish, etc... why not to have children as well?
