First, you would never have to prove that a confession was 100% coerced. All you would need to do is provide enough evidence to convince a judge that the confession resulted from undue influence. Usually you would prove this by playing the recording of the interview. If there was none, your next route is to show the circumstances of the interview most likely resulted in undue influence. For example, if the interview was long, if no food or drink was offered, where the interview took place, etc.
