DO NOT MOVE THE BODY YOU COULD DAMAGE THEM FURTHER. Make sure this is accomplished then call for help/have someone immediate call for help whilst fending off sheeple trying to move the damaged body. Next.....inspect the situation. If there is an obvious remedy...something simple like removing a rope around someone's neck, then deal with it. Apply CPR as needed if you are trained. Talk to the person and tell them it will be alright help is on the way and to relax and focus. Do not let them go to sleep! Keep them awake conscience and intelligable.

Keep your head. This includes not freaking out and being aware of what you say. "Damn, he's f@#$ed", doesn't help. I actually heard an ambulance crew say that, so did the patient (turned out ok).

If not you had better address that problem pretty quickly B Bleeding, might want to stop the bleeding pretty soon too. C Circulation, always nice to have a beating heart. Then address the other problems as the present themselves in order of degree of being critical.
