Depends entirely upon her sensitivity and what she wants to feel good down there. I usually start with six or seven simple overhand knots about two inches apart. She can then adjust how the rope lays accordingly to where the knots feel best. Just remember to make sure you center the rope taut right in the middle, or else you'll just frustrate her...unless thats' your goal;-)
