Help answer this question below.

I have purchased a used 2004 Kia Spectra with no mauals. Wondering about key lock system.The quick tip quide reads as follows: Turn the key twice to the left within 3 seconds to lock. Right twice to unlock .No luck. Will I be visiting a dealership soon?

    Kia, like many makes, uses a two stage unlocking system. One click with the remote or one turn with the key opens just the driver door, Do it twice to open all doors. If the electrical locks aren't working perhaps the fuse is blown?
