Without knowing what job you are applying for, or what skills you have it is difficult to answer. What you can do is scroll down to the "How to Articles" section at the bottom of this page, click on the link, then type "write a resume" in the search box. You will find a lot of great tips there.

You should put all your achievements and anything that you think would be relivant

Work experience and training courses that are related to the position that you are applying for. For example, if you're seeking a salesman job, then put in your resume any work experience that's related to selling things.
