The condition of the set (beyond mere tarnish) the completeness of the set, the sterling number (which is the purity) will all play a roll.   • Hi... I just found two tablespoons, a fork and a knife with the same hallmarks at a thrift shop. All except the knife appear to be sterling, but with no sterling number. On the handles is engraved "Board of Education, Chicago". I haven't found any info on these yet.
