Help answer this question below.

I have got a new black dress with white spots on it with a little white jacket for a party the length is just above my knee and i am not sure what type of black shoe 2 wear how 2 have my hair and weather 2 wear a big black belt please help

    I would wear a killer pair of red heels, check out these, they are totally hot and you could probably find some like them much cheaper at like, Ross or Kohls:

    It depends on the dress neck line and what kind of party it is how you could wear your hair...
    I just blow dry, straighten were needed and curl the ends in. Part it on one side and pin it back on the side that has less hair with a really pretty pin.

    It looks totally cute with really short all the way to really long hair. If you use rollers (the size depends on length of your hair) It will give it that really cute wave pretty easily.
    Then go for silver,red, while or black accessories. probably something that compliments but doesnt look to matchy matchy with the dress, so I'd stay away from circles(since there are spots on the dress) Maybe a nice pendant and stud earrings.
