If it's someone you know, you can strike up conversation like it was hypothetical, like "Hey, do you ever have a fantasy about getting together with a couple?" and see what she says. If she giggles and engages you in hypothetical conversation about it, you can start to turn the conversation into a more serious slant and tell her you think she'd be great to get intimate with.
