1995 ford explorer battery terminals are clean battery voltage is 12.29 yet no dash lights or starting absolutly nothing happens what do i check next.

That is the battery reading sitting but what is the battery reading when under a load such as starting. Take battery and have it checked undr load and see if it has enough juice . MR bill

These are notorious for bad batt cables, they run under the batt box and corrode, I've been screwed by this problem twice, if the starter is good, replace the cables and you'll be fine.
