How do you feel about people who consistently spread a joyful and light-hearted attitude, if it is genuine and sincere?

I generally surround myself with them and aim to be that same type of person...so I guess I really like them.

thos are the people who i like to be around. I would have to say i am one of them. I find it to be wrong to be any other way. It drains people if your negative all the time.

Is this a trick question? Or is this your attempt to weed out the dour/sour/suspicious grouches..those who can't believe anyone would be consistently joyful and light-hearted and impute nefarious motives to those who are like that. I love those who spread joy and sunshine...I try to join them as much as I can. Even if it isn't genuine and sincere, so what? The effect is the same..at least you don't have to listen to moaning/groaning/whining..that in itself is something to be joyful about, dontcha think? :)
