There is probably nothing you can do about it.
Because of European regulations governing speedometer accuracy (which are *very* adamant that the speedometer cannot read more slowly than the vehicle's actual speed), many European-brand cars have notoriously fast-reading speedometers. BMWs are famous for this.
Since most cars generate their speedometer signal electronically, there's nothing that you can correct unless you hack into the software governing the process.
