  • cold water is pleasing but if the water is slightly warmer it will get through your system quicker. so if you really really need that water; room temp.
  • For what? Drinking? Then it shouldn't be too cold for your health, because you body actually has to expend energy to warm up the water a little as the coldest waters are a shock to the body. Cool or room temperature water is best for healthy drinking. If you mean for bathing, cold water is too harsh, as hot water is. Warm or cool is fine for bathing. For washing your hair? Same as for the body.
