Yuor lease or contract is YOUR "Bible" AND it's the lamdlord's "Bible". Whatever is in that contract is what you both agreed to. THE ONLY way it can be changed is if the safety of the property and/or the tenant is at stake AND/OR if the new terms and conditions are agreed upon in writing AND SIGNED BY BOTH YOU AND the landlord.
