How often do you clean under your fridge?

I am terrible for doing really hard places in cleaning so about three times a year ....

Never. There is less than 1/2 inch of clearance. We expect to find dozens of cat toys under it when we do clean there. Diesel (below) loses his favorite toys - pull tabs from half-gallon milk cartons - under there all the time.

It's too heavy for me to move, so barely ever. I can't wait to see what it's like under there when it does get moved, ew. I clean the sides on the bottom sporadically though, hoping it might make some kinda difference.
