A hot dog, on a stick, covered in batter and then fried.

A hot dog that's dipped in corn batter and fried...and it's served on a stick. Not very healthy, but soooo good!

It's a hot dog or sausage dipped in a cornbread type batter (made with cornmeal) and dropped in oil to fry till golden. Usually covered in mustard before eating. We make them all the time.
