How can i stop mosquitos from breeding in a drum containing rubber moulds.The moulds are taken out and returned frequently.

You could try pouring a thin layer of kerosene onto the surface of the water. (I'm guessing there's water in the drum, because mosquito larvae hatch in water.)

There are chemicals that you can find in home improvement stores or pool supply stores that will take care of this problem. You might want to check things out though to make sure there is no bad reaction with the rubber. I am not sure how petroleum based products will effect the rubber.
