I always said that once you have kids, all modesty goes out the window. When I was in labor, I had a bunch of nursing students in there watching things and since then I have had a hysterectomy and long story short.. I have no modesty left but trust me, before I got all my clothes off, they would be covering their eyes yelling "put them on, put them off. here's your money..just put them back on".
