1297 is a map sensor code, specifically the pcm is detecting no voltage change between start up and run. There should be a voltage change from start up and when the engine is running and producing vaccum. Now to what exactly is wrong is hard to say. Maybe a faulty map sensor, possible wiring and connections, plugged vaccum port, and even a faulty pcm. Diagnosing is needed here, to truly answer your question.
