I'd make a b-line to the frozen spinach and prepare a simple and delicious one at home. I did that last week, and it lasted all week and was the perfect snack after work. Preparation instructions: 10 oz frozen spinach, a packet of Knor's vegetable soup mix, a cup of Mayo, and two cups of sour cream. It varies based on taste, and you can do fat-free to keep it very healthy. You basically combine ingredients, chill for an hour, and eat - Delicious (and can be very healthy!!!)
