Depends on the comedian. Most of them need to work on their timing and learn that just because they are making fun of themselves doesnt mean they are funny. However, there are a few that are genuinely hilarious. =)

It depends on the comedian. In every field of entertainment, there are good and bad. You may not like him or her but the guy next to you may think they're the funniest thing since Jack Benny! Most of the time though, I find them to be funny.

Some I love, some I can't stand. There really isn't a middle ground. They either suck hard or they don't at all.

Those sort of comedians that extend their humour pretty much to making stupid faces, sketches or initiations annoy me so much. To me that's not really funny. But I like the comedians who make fun of something through words, the kinda jokes you have to listen to carefully to understand.

True comedians can be terrifying. A good comedian points out the absurd and horrible things in life in such a manner that you can't help but laugh. George Carlin was a master of the craft, and he never even phrased his observations in a humorous manner. He just said it and we laughed because we had to. There are many others, and when you piece together a picture of the human condition from the observations of great comedians, you lose a lot of hope for society. That said, I love non-sequitur comedians, like Mitch Hedburg and Demitri Martin. The racist guys are pretty funny, too. Dane Cook needs to go away.

Depends on their lines . If they go on about femminists and menstruation that would be rather boring and annoying.

There is one comedian that i would stake my life on that he could make anyone laugh. It is Robin Williams. He does not do what others do, he does not do it to make YOU laugh, he does it to make himself laugh. he takes the mundane and twists it, gives it a funny voice and shoves it out into the world. all he does is tweak it, but he does it like nobody else.
