Your body naturally has a low level of THC in it. All tests measure for increased levels. Second-hand exposure is likely to produse what is known as a passive level of THC. However, repeated exposure can result in an Active test result, i.e. contact buzz.

I would seriously doubt it. There would have to be crap loads of 2dn hand smoke in a small room for it to show up.
-
It depends on the sensitivity of the test and the threshhold for a "positive". Probably not unless you were in a car with the windows up or your friends are Cheech and Chong.

I tested '+'. I counsel those who use in their homes. The air in to restricted, in the home. The slightest exposure will show up. I am a minister and I have 'only' been exposed to second hand mj smoke in patient/client homes and I showed a '+' reading at the diagnosis clinic. It is hard for a minister too explain to an agency as to why you tested '+'. Those who say you are 'not influenced' have not lived my experience. Incorrect and wrong will always be as such, and there is an absolute truth.

They say you can not fail a drug test from second hand smoke.... Unless you basically breathe it in straight out of their mouth. Thats what I've heard many times anyway not 100% positive.

Wait, let me guess. It was a reaaaaally tiny car, too. Right? And you struggled to get out, but they removed the handle from the passenger side door. Then they blew the smoke directly into your face, forcing you to breathe it.....the bastards!! Flagged as a duplicate.
