The dirt bike or ATV tower can sometimes drive rude, but more often they tend to be working-class people, not spoiled man-children. More often I see the boat hauler racing past me, and weaving through lanes of traffic. Maybe they're just frustrated, as the saying goes; the two best days of boat ownership are the day you first buy it and the day that you sell it.

Also, the boat operators have more likely been drinking while out on the water.
