How about a slice of toast with some mozarella/ edam and honey on, and a glass of fresh orange juice or milky tea? Or as a lighter choice, try lowfat yogurt with blueberries spread on it?

I am the same for years but I started on easy foods sucha s toast for the first month but then moved on to rice krispies!

Bagel halves with cream cheese and jam on top. Or some cinnamon toast. How about an egg scramble. Cook up some veggies like peppers, onions, mushrooms, what3ever you like for several days. Store in fridge. Then just crack an egg or 2 in a frying pan, spoon in some veggies, scramble it around, done!
