Since this question can't really be justified with a serious answer, all I'm going to say is that its impossible to tell. There could be a few, there could be dozens, hundreds, thousands. We won't ever know for sure. If you want to try and find some, just walk around aimlessly on the street speaking in strange tongues. Maybe one of them will recognize your speech as its own language. And try filing a fake UFO report to see if the Men in Black(the real ones, not the movie ones) come to your house and threaten you. You can ask them when they show up. Or even better, make an effort to actually see a UFO, so you cna report it. Then the Men in Black will probably definitely show up.

We are the Angels of the Tree of Life and we want the people on earth to know that there are many aliens walking among you but we cannot give the exact number. It is a pretty safe bet that <edited for privacy> is an alien. I think a solid case can be made that <edited for privacy> is an extraterrestrial. I personally feel that the entire <edited for privacy> family is all extraterrestrial life forms in disguise. If you use the characteristics of the people I mentioned as guidlines, you can begin to pick out the more obvious ones yourself. I couldn't venture a guess at the total number...
But, somehow, I don't think "they" would ever let this kind of sensitive information reach the public... if you know what, or who, I mean.

According to a popular (but stupid) website, there are 8 to 11 million ILLEGAL aliens in America alone! Imagine if you counted all the legal ones too... Not to mention the rest of the world!!!!!! One of the professors in my university is defiantly odd, he seems to have all of the answers,always calm and cool in demeanor as well as temperature wise (this is a tropical country) he is a foreigner but speaks so many languages fluently with no accent. I have seen some really odd stuff in his office electronics and the like but he is a philosophy professor. He drives an old car but it runs like new not even smoke. I have seen him breathing some kind of vapor and another student told me maybe it's an electronic cigarette but they are illegal and can not be brought into the country. He also has solid gray eyes that seem to look right through you. He is defiantly one of the kindest people I ever met and always has time for anyone and it seems like he knows about every subject from philosophy to science and medicine, some times he talks about things that seem like science fiction like parallel universes and alternate realities, he spoke once about bending space rather than trying to travel faster than light which he said wasn't impossible but "it makes a big mess". So, I don't know what do you think? Sorry my English isn't very good, I hope you understand.
