First thing to remember is that you want to lose fat, not water weight or muscle (fat takes up more space than muscle). So take measurements at stomach, waist, bust etc and use them to measure any progress - not the scales, those can vary for too many reasons and don't indicate your size accurately. Measure once a week. Second. Research has shown that people eat the same volume of food each day regardless of their calorie intake. Eat low energy-density foods. Lots of fresh fruit and veg. No dried fruit. Write down everything you eat. Third. Toning exercises such as situps. Toning your muscles will make it easier to "suck it in". hi, im getting married myself in a few months and had put on a put of weight and was desperate to get it off. A few off my friends has lost a lot of weight with some tablets from a private clinic, they are called PHENTERMINE. I have started them myself and have lost a stone in 3 weeks and feel great on them. Iff you goggle it you will find lots of info on them. But please also read the warnings on them too because they may not suit you and the last thing you want so close to your wedding is to be ill on them. They can disturb your sleep a little at first and take away all feelings of hunger but you still must eat sensibly. For me its stopped me wanting comfort food and snacking as my body just does not crave food. They cost approx £40 a month and my doctor checks me out once a month too. A really good quick diet which worked for me is cutting out carbs, its not good for long term but for quick weight loss its amazing! cut out bread, pasta, potatoes and sweet things, pastry etc. live on cereal eggs veg fruit soup fish and meat, its hard if you love carbs, but it works so quickly! 2 stone i lost last year in under 2 months on that diet!

Jump on a treadmill, put it as fast as you can and raise it all the way up. this will burn tons of fat calories and tone your body up. Also, I lost 33 pounds with the help of desert burn hoodia.
