The best thing to do would be go to a Salon and get it done professionally. If that is not possible try a neutralizing Ash colour to try to remove the yellow

There should be a number on the insert that you can call. if you used clairol, I know they have an 800 number. I don't know what else you could do, unless you go to a hairdresser.

it's not a big deal, just go to a beauty supply store and purchase a toner. the people who work there should be able to recommend the best product for your hair.

The most advisable is to have it rectified professionally. If impossible then try to dye it again with an ash tone and add a very tiny drop of green and mix it well. For your information: Green takes away all the yellow, orange or red tones left by the previous dye.

I am a qualified hairdresser and have done this loads of time for myself , it is easily rectified so long as your not afraid to do it , if you are then go to the salon. If you don't want it Ash , try something with a little Beige but before you apply it , add to your hair a "silver" mousse , or " blue rinse " , you can leave in the mousse but not the blue rinse it grabs your hair more , leave for one minute or less then wash off and apply your toner either a beige blonde or ash blonde but ash will probably be more silver looking . Your hair will not come out blue or anything so long as you ensure you don't leave it on. Some blonde or mousse hair products are specifically for reducing "brassy" tones . However I would not recommend re-colouring your hair yourself with permanent dyes as they are most damaging longterm . You know your hair if your not sure then see an expert.Hope this helps , nothing worse than colours not turning out as expected . If condition of your hair is good then 5 minutes with hair bleach mixture with blue powder will take out the yellow from the hair , follow by a good hair ttreatment conditioner or Hot oil, there are also products on the market for taking out colour mistakes .
