What is your idea of "making a modest gain" on AB?

First thing comes to mind is getting 30 or more points per day. I know this is nothing for a lot of ABers, but I normally get like 14-15 so more than that looks like a lot...lol
I really don't care a lot about points, but it's is nice to get them! :D

- I always give you guys points, you're the best! It is crazy when I see some people here getting over a hundred points a day?!?! And they never seem to ask or answer all that much...~scratches head~

  @Phil: Some people do a lot of moderation and they get boat loads of pts. from it. I once got 800 pts. in one week doing moderation back in April. I stopped doing it because it got to be pretty boring and I only flagged questions for being in the wrong categories so nobody lost pts. that they received for their questions.

Being a rookie, I consider it a modest gain to make it through another day, on AB, without upsetting somebody that knows what they are doing.

I always make very modest gains in terms of points (I guess I'm just not on here enough), but enormous gains in terms of fun, humour, and the pleasure of chatting with loads of nice people! Plus I learn a lot of new things.

Hmmm.

Being able to focus more on posting questions and answers, and ignoring things that really don't help improve this website.

After all, we're here to provide meaningful content, not to run after other users.
