How does a question have two First Answers? I just looked at one of my questions and both answers said First Answer.

It's a common system glitch, sometimes I see a "answer 10 out of 9" or thereabouts

too much information too fast for the hard drives to keep up. at least there are no crashes.

Maybe both of the answers were both sent at the same exact time.
